Congratulations on your retirement Captain Thomas!!! Captain Thomas bids us farewell after 31 years of service with the Bartlesville Police Department. In June of 1991 he worked as an Animal Control Officer. July 1995 he became a patrol officer, until March of 2019 when he became a Sergeant. Just shortly after that he was promoted to Captain. We truly appreciate your dedication to our department and to the City of Bartlesville. Best wishes from all of us!
