Congressman Josh Brecheen announced that he is cosponsoring Articles of Impeachment against Judge James Boasberg. In a statement released on Wednesday, Brecheen said, “I believe it is crucial for Congress to take every legal action available to restore the American people’s faith in our justice system. This begins with getting rid of the radicals who take advantage of their positions within the Courts.”

Brecheen represents Oklahoma’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, a position he has held since 2023 after succeeding Markwayne Mullin. He previously served in the Oklahoma Senate from 2010 to 2018 and was born in Ada, Oklahoma in 1979. He currently resides in Coalgate and graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree.
