Congressman Josh Brecheen, who represents Oklahoma’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared a series of posts on social media highlighting his involvement in religious and political events.
On February 3, 2026, Brecheen posted about an upcoming event: “Tune into our Sharia-Free America Press Conference at 1PM CT today.” Later that day, he followed up with another message: “Happening now! Tune in to listen.”
The next day, on February 4, Brecheen reflected on his participation in a national prayer event. He wrote: “It was an honor to lead the National Gathering of Prayer & Repentance in prayer this morning. May we all be people of deep rooted conviction so that we might display the Lord’s glory through our lives.”
Josh Brecheen has served as a member of Congress for Oklahoma’s 2nd District since 2023 after replacing Markwayne Mullin. Prior to his current role, he served in the Oklahoma Senate from 2010 to 2018. Born in Ada, Oklahoma in 1979 and currently residing in Coalgate, Brecheen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 1997.
