Washington, D.C. – Congressman Josh Brecheen issued the following statement after voting in favor of The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act (H.R.734).

“Biological men have no business competing in women’s sports. Our taxpayer dollars should not be used to promote Democrats’ radical gender ideology. That’s why I was proud to co-sponsor and vote in favor of The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act (H.R.734) to protect women’s sports, which are unfortunately under attack,” said Congressman Josh Brecheen.

The bill passed on a 219-203 vote.
