In a post published at 14:51 UTC, Brecheen expressed gratitude for recent meetings with local residents and organizations. He wrote, “It was an honor to speak with these constituents and groups last week! – David and Gracie Wall – Darin Guthrie and his family – the International Franchise Association – Brainerd Chemical, from Claremore – the Oklahoma Association Serving Impacted Schools”.
Later that day, at 17:32 UTC, Brecheen encouraged students interested in military service to apply for Service Academy nominations before the October 17 deadline. His message stated, “Students! We are still accepting Service Academy nomination requests. If you would like to serve our nation and receive a world class education at the same time, please send in your application before October 17th.”

Josh Brecheen has represented Oklahoma’s 2nd District in Congress since 2023 after succeeding Markwayne Mullin. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in the Oklahoma Senate from 2010 to 2018. Born in Ada in 1979 and currently residing in Coalgate, Brecheen graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997.
