He stated that “President Trump’s Secretary of Treasury confirming the House Freedom Caucus drove the One Big Beautiful Bill to be the MOST CONSERVATIVE POSSIBLE!”
The following day, July 5, 2025, he expressed his condolences regarding natural disasters affecting Texas. In his tweet, he said “Our family is praying for all those impacted by the heartbreaking flooding in Texas.
