Congressman Josh Brecheen, who represents Oklahoma’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of updates on his social media account, including remarks on an ongoing government shutdown and recognition for Oklahoma FFA members.

Also on November 4, Brecheen shifted focus to commend local youth achievement: “Congratulations to everyone from the Oklahoma FFA who was nationally recognized for their outstanding achievements at the National FFA Convention. Josh Brecheen has served as a U.S. Representative since 2023 after replacing Markwayne Mullin. He previously held office in the Oklahoma Senate from 2010 to 2018. Born in Ada, Oklahoma in 1979 and currently residing in Coalgate, Brecheen graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997.
