Congressman Josh Brecheen, who represents Oklahoma’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, posted several updates on social media regarding his recent activities and acknowledgments.

On August 31, 2025, Brecheen expressed appreciation for law enforcement officers by stating, “Thank you to all the law enforcement officers who helped ensure safety for all constituents this week!” On the same day, he also shared information about a series of town hall meetings held with his constituents: “Last week, we hosted twenty town halls discussing various issues important to Oklahomans, including the facts behind the One Big Beautiful Bill. Josh Brecheen has represented Oklahoma’s 2nd District in Congress since 2023 after succeeding Markwayne Mullin. Prior to his congressional service, he was a member of the Oklahoma Senate from 2010 to 2018. Born in Ada in 1979 and currently residing in Coalgate at age 43, Brecheen is an alumnus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree earned in 1997.
