Congressman Josh Brecheen, who represents Oklahoma’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently expressed gratitude to constituents from several towns for attending his town hall meetings.
On August 29, 2025, Brecheen posted on social media: “Thank you to everyone from Sallisaw who turned out for our town hall this week! https://t.co/07pEthz8Fj”.
Later that evening, he shared another message: “Grateful to speak with constituents at our town hall in Poteau! https://t.co/At8FThcZdd” (August 30, 2025).
The following morning, Brecheen thanked residents of Idabel: “A huge thank you to all Idabel constituents who came to our town hall this week! https://t.co/iZe3ujjcC0” (August 30, 2025).
Josh Brecheen has served as the representative for Oklahoma’s 2nd District since 2023 and previously held a seat in the Oklahoma Senate from 2010 to 2018. He was born in Ada, Oklahoma in 1979 and currently resides in Coalgate. Brecheen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 1997.
