On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Shidler High School standout Karli Wehunt’s current college team, the Emporia State Hornets, lost 6-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Southern Arkansas Lady Muleriders.
The game took place at Memorial Park. This was their first matchup against the Lady Muleriders this season.
The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 9:30 a.m. at Gahnstrom Field against Concordia Golden Bears.
