Census Bureau: 10.5% of people in Rogers County identified as multiracial in 2021

Of the 94,637 citizens living in Rogers County in 2021, 89.5% said they were only one race, while 10.5% said they were two or more races, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained in June.

The most prevalent racial group among citizens in Rogers County who reported being of a single race in 2021 was white, comprising 72.8% or 68,917 individuals. Following them, American Indian or Alaska Native accounted for 12.9% and totaled 12,226 individuals.

The percentage of multiracial residents in Rogers County is 0.5% higher than the state average, which stands at 10%.
