Rogers State men's soccer's George Robinson has been named GAC/MIAA Co-Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday.
The Maidstone, England native led the No. 19 Hillcats to a 2-0 record on the week with dominant wins over Ouachita Baptist and Harding in the final home games of the season. In the 7-0 win over the Tigers, Robinson scored the game winner in the third minute off a cross from D'Waylan McIntosh and a header from Grant King. On the 5-0 win over the Bison, Robinson scored the game winner again in the 29th minute off a pass from Hugo Martin.
The Hillcats will begin their final road trip of the regular season on Thursday, Oct. 27 as they travel to Hays, Kan. to face off against Fort Hays State in an important matchup. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m.
