On February 11, 2025, Brecheen expressed support for the Protect Small Business from Excessive Paperwork Act. He stated, "Voted 'Yes' on Rep. @ZachNunn’s Protect Small Business from Excessive Paperwork Act. We should not be making criminal suspects out of small business owners because of paperwork issues caused by burdensome regulations. It’s just that simple."
Later that day, he addressed economic concerns regarding environmental policies. On February 11, 2025, he tweeted about potential taxpayer savings by ending certain initiatives: "Ending the Green New Scam would lead to a trillion dollars in savings for taxpayers. Americans are counting on us to stop the craziness."
On February 12, 2025, Brecheen paid tribute to a historical figure with a birthday message: "Happy Birthday to President Abraham Lincoln. May we strive to honor his legacy by preserving the blessings of liberty for our children and grandchildren in the years to come! "
